Vor ca. 15 Jahren wurden die ersten Weinstöcke Schleswig-Holsteins auf Fohr gesetzt. Fünf Jahre später gab es wohl den ersten Sekt daraus. In den letzten Jahren wurde dort ein Weinberg an der Küste angelegt. Fering und Co haben sich dort einen Namen gemacht.
