Ich glaube nicht, dass hier eine Sonnenuhr angelegt wurde. Die Anlage zeigt wohl eine Windrose (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windrose), die uns zeigt, wo welche Himmelsrichtungen liegen.
Aber eine Sonnenuhr wäre hier gut!
