Description:

The Bodhisattva Padmapani is a lotus-bearing divinity that is a form of Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Infinite Compassion. The small Buddha in his hair is Amitabha, the Buddha of the Western Paradise. The antelope skin over his left a rm indicates the ascetic nature of this bodhisattva, who sits in the relaxed posture of royal ease (rajaliliasana).
