Description:

The spontaneous, festive mood of this cluster of young women is achieved by their irregular groupng and by the pose of the women at the upper right who raise their arms in welcome or celebration. Below, three women appear to be sipping from shallow bowls. Behind the group is part of another scene; the small bent figure of a servant apparently engaged in some domstic task.
