Picture of an aerial photograph of the central part of LOFAR. A Low Frequency Radiotelescope, operating between 10 and 240 MHz. Other stations are at Jülich, Effelsberg, Tautenburg, Potsdam and Unterweilenbach in Germany, Nancay in France, Onsola in Sweden and Chilbolton in England

Very Large Array
Worked here for a couple of years (early 1980's) and did a lot of radioastronomical observations of galaxies
