Lamps, Lanterns & Lights

Taken on Southsea sea front. An overcast day with lovely diffused light. I really liked the look of the lamp against the sea and sky and decided to wait and include the passing ship in the shot. See if you can spot the two birds........ EDIT: The eagle eyes of Frank (bonsai59) have spotted a third bird! See the notes he's added.

Earlier today I posted a Fence Friday shot............I completely lost track of what day it was :-)) My apologies to those who viewed it, especially Jaap and Noisette who were kind enough to comment. It will be back tomorrow (on the correct day)..!! I posted this one because it seems to reflect the state of my brain today. I'm putting it down to my age and rapidly disappearing brain cells. ...........and no wonder! It was cold and very windy! Looks better viewed large, on black :)

No idea what this is. It's situated at the end of the sea wall in Exmouth, next to the Marina, looking out to sea. I thought it was quite photogenic though and slightly robotic looking!

I don't often go to Bognor Regis - in fact I actively try not to - but today I was talked into it. After having spent half an hour or so in the local camera shop and decided I didn't really need another camera bag, I left the Boss "doing" the shops and had a wander along the sea front. Not much happening to be honest, but I thought I'd share these photos. No need to look at them all unless you really want to - I know 17 is a lot to post all at once - but I thought I'd get it over with!
