Taken in Portsmouth, Hampshire..........near the Harbour Station. Just waiting to be hired out and cause chaos on the roads and pavements..!!

These are outside the main railway station. People can book them online and pick them up from various places around the city. They company sends people around to the pick up and drop off points to recharge them and keep the area tidy I think. Glad you like the shot Tanja, but I'm afraid your reference to GNCA and HLUK have be baffled :-)))
