I think you should think twice before apportioning blame, Keith. .....as you changed my life forever when you introduced me to HFF. Although though until this, you have generally been very understanding and diplomatic. Did you pick up those skills working in a recruiting office? ;-)

Understanding and Diplomatic are words that are rarely used in relation to me Neil. Are you sure you're talking to the right person!?

I'm almost awake already and will soon figure out who I am, but I do know that I was talking to the 'write person' with regards to diplomacy. On that score you are fathoms ahead of the rest ;-)
