Fallow Deer

Opportunistic shot........taken over the wall of Petworth House, next to the main A272 road. Glad my OM1 has a tilting rear screen!

Managed to get a couple of images before something spooked them and they ran off.

I don't know anything about your deer species. Are these adults? N. American deer only have spots when they are fawns, don't know for how long. A lovely shot, Keith. (Wish may camera had a tilting screen! It would help when I just KNOW there are rusty cars inside a fence!)

Yes all adults. Our most common deer are Falllow deer (these) and Red deer, which are much more photogenic in my opinion: www.ipernity.com/doc/keithburton/35115907/in/album/364095
