Dicky birds of the New Forest - Rubber Ducky

Dicky birds of the New Forest - Rubber Ducky
Taken in Denny Wood. Nothing special about today..........saw a couple of Woodpeckers and a small flock of Jays, but all to far away to get a shot. Ponies kept getting in the way and eating the seed we put out. Better than sitting indoors though - or being at work!!

, Christina Sonnenschein, , Eunice Perkins and 2 other people have particularly liked this photo

Amazing! These are incredibly rare and even more difficult to photograph.

What's with all the bird photos Keith? You don't look like a bird watcher ;-)
This one does not appear natural...as I'm sure it is wearing lipstick and mascara!

Darn it..........didn't think anyone would notice me slipping this one in!

I like taking photos of birds Neil.........not what you'd call a "proper" bird watcher!

Definitely protected in my house!! They're quite easy to look after, don't eat much and come in a variety of sizes and colours lol :)

PS........and they sit still to be photographed!!
