Now and again an eagle stops at the top of the crows' tree in our garden to chat with them about something. Maybe a ceasefire or something.
Then, after a while, the eagle leaves.
This was at this morning's meeting; three crows stood by, mostly silently, as he sat there.
We couldn't tell if there was any progress but the eagle left unimpeded.
