The New Moon with the Old One in its arms
John
Katie
Birders R and B
The sun in my backyard
Piney and Downy up in a tree
Feaver's Lane
Salt and a red thread
No cause for a scowlery
Signs
Beatin' the paths
King of Pussywillowdom
At the outflow, a chair
And they opened
Old is new again
The loungey chair beyond the bleachers
Still not all gone
"Be looking down!"
Puttin' on the spiff
Made it through the winter
Rear view
So, I am in the bathroom, minding my business. . .
“French hen”
Looking out the front window
Early bird at the nuts
On the deck
Storm birds -- better than storm chips
In the trees, in the sky, it has wings . . . ohh,…
"What is that human being doing?"
Dull day, truck's arse
Neighbourhood robin
First siskin this winter
Peak amaryllis
Yawning
Slowly opening
Coreyhartfinch
Robin eating waxballs
Nearly
Crow on the fence corner
Last to open
Leaning on my shovel
Not the last amaryllis of the season
Chickadee nibbling on his last snack of the day
Where TF are the peanuts?
So rare I never expect, nor recognise them

That wahbluh again

Or so I assume -- that this is the same orange-crowned warbler I've been seeing fleetingly, and at long intervals between sightings, but from time to time since last fall.
We got 80 cm of snow a few days ago. I was glad then to see him show up today for his three-minute cameo appearance.
