Leigh Pemberton House, Lincoln

A lovely half-timbered house on historic Castle Square in the centre of Lincoln. The house was built around 1543, and stands directly over the old Roman Ermine Street. it is now the home of the Lincoln Tourist Information Centre.

I have not see this building for about 40 years, when I did encounter it quite frequently.
