homemade white bread

This bread was made using this recipe:

With only a couple of minor changes. Rather than butter, I used olive oil and rather than milk, I used almond milk. I also dipped the spoon I was using to stir the yeast and water in honey - the yeast LOVES sugar and it helps it to rise a bit more.

The bread is a decent white bread that is perfect for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. :-)
