Sorry for the blurry picture. These are some of the costumes from the TV show the Tudors. They are in no way, shape, or form historical - they are costumes. Most looked to be made out of some sort of polyester and used cuts not known during the time period. The coat to the purple dress is lovely but it also uses somewhat modern sewing techniques. Please feel free to look through the photos but keep in mind that these should not be confused with actual historical garments or historically accurate reproductions.
