This is looking straight up in the kitchen area of the mission. What I found interesting about it is that they looked to have fires going on in all four corners of the kitchen rather than just one "stove" area. The smoke from the fires would gradually go up through the center chimney...most chimneys I've seen have been to the side. This is a picture of the center chimney.
