Grand Ledge, Michigan. The county park occupies 90 acres on the Grand River, and has a couple miles of trails through the woods and prairie.
At the heart of the park, though, is a long-abandoned brickworks. The buildings have been rotting away for nearly six decades, and have become sort of an archeology artifact.
