The rules:
Daily, & black & white.
Titles, but no descriptions, except perhaps in the tags. (Or the comments: I generally answered questions, explicit or implicit.)
The first picture for each month is of Oreo, our black & white cat, which makes the camera changes easy to see.
I changed cameras (or at least lenses) every month. Here's the roll call:
* January: Sony Cybershot DSC-H55.
--my pocket camera. (now my brother's.)
* February: Motorola Droid Bionic.
--except Leap Day: I used m' Original Droid.
* March: Nikon D300 w/16-85 mm zoom.
--my "normal kit" for the past couple years.
* April: FujiFilm F200EXR.
--retired. not my favorite camera.
* May: Nikon D300 w/300 mm prime
. --my favorite lens. (expect birds.)
* June: Olympus C-50 Zoom.
--my first digital camera was a C-50.
* July: Nikon 1 V1 w/10-30 lens.
--fast becoming my new standard kit.
* August: Nikon D300 w/80-200 f2.8 zoom.
--the best Nikon lens I own. sharp, fast, vivid.
* September (began 8/31): Galaxy Tab 8.9.
--definitely the least capable camera here.
* October: Nikon D300 with Sigma 50mm Macro.
--a macro lens used for general photography.
* November: Nikon 1 V1 with 30-110mm lens.
--good general purpose medium zoom.
* December: FujiFilm F10.
--perhaps my favorite camera.
This set was also posted to Facebook, where it got very different comments.
(Two more "rules," neither of which I considered binding: I shot about 15 daily pictures each morning, and I usually posted the best of those by 10:30 am ET. Both "rules" were mainly incentives to get something out there early each day.)
==========
This project generated outtakes, of course, which I documenting as a separate effort.
