Bridge Street Bridge

This afternoon we found our way to Portland, Michigan, which has an ice emergency--an ice jam's raised the river level and done quite a bit of damage to a bunch of houses and businesses.

The water's retreated a bit, I gather; a couple days back it was threatening the downtown bridges (there are three; one's the main drag and the others are historic structures). Here's the Bridge Street Bridge as of today; I'll post a similar photo from four years back below for comparison.
