Got My Eye on You!

Hastings, Michigan. I trust this sculpture has a name and an artist, but found no obvious sign at the site. If someone knows, please fill in the missing details. Thanks. It's Gaze II by James Oleson. Some details in the links in the comments, below.
Hastings' central business district is full of sculptures, but I really don't know any details. Hastings is a town I travel through, not a town I visit--and the sculptures are downtown, which my route through town skirts.

Joel Dinda club has replied to Pam J clubThanks for the links, but that's the wrong (although similar) sculpture. The details differ--to begin, compare the bases, and this horse's mane is far less unruly than the other. The Press and Guide article clearly says Dearborn won the bidding war it describes, so Gaze is a couple hundred miles east of this horse.
Found this one on Facebook! It's Gaze II by the same sculptor, James Oleson, who apparently mainly does horses.
The other links do a decent job of explaining the sculpture show, though I'd really like an updated version, as the current sculpture display's quite different from the video.
