The Valley of the Mills, Sorrento

The "Valle dei Mulini" is located in a deep crevasse in the Italian city of Sorrento.
So far, this one has not been converted into a luxury hotel; possibly one with a 'jungle survival' theme would work?
Seriously, The mills provided the region with everything from flour to cabinetry. Some of the buildings date all the way back to the 13th century, profiting from the strong water flow at the valley's base Building on the success of the flour mills, a sawmill was created, and a laundromat and public washing source also sprung up here.
