Golden afternoon at Lyme Park


On the Lyme Park Estate, Cheshire, England.
This is intended to be a picture of 'people in a landscape'. The focus is on the people. The top of the tree is omitted to suggest that it is not the main subject. It might have been improved by turning the camera to show less grass to the right of the tree and more of what was in front of the people. I can't remember what was in front of the people though, perhaps it was not attractive. I still find my eye drawn to the tree .... ...
