Broadstairs Harbour in the rain

Broadstairs, Kent, England.
A curious mixture of blue sky and rainy weather, dull shade with pretty pastel colours, makes for a very strange colour picture. Hence the simplification to monochrome which also brings out the 'shapes and lines' - I hope.
