Platanthera shriveri (Shriver's Frilly orchid)

My good friend and native orchid lover, Mark Rose, has been visiting a site in Watauga County, North Carolina for years, and he reported to me that Platanthera shriveri or Shriver's Frilly orchid was now in flower. I had photographed it many years ago and wanted to get another image of it. We ended up finding three plants in full bloom. Thank you, Mark!
