1907, in case you couldn't be bothered to figure it out. But what I am puzzled about is all those C's. Why not MCMVII? Perhaps because it wouldn't have filled the lintel so nicely?
D.B.M.S AUG.96
Lloyds Bank, Rosslyn Hill.
I'm curious about this inscription on the wall of the Lloyds Bank building. I have no idea what the D.B.M.S stands for. The script looks fairly modern leading to the assumption that the year refers to 1996. Coincidentally the building is dated 1896 so I wonder if this was something to do with a centenary?

18 PM 92
