It's not a building and nothing to do with a hospital. Yes, I noticed the sanitized racist comment. It's curious the things people scrawl about the place.
By way of a clue, I went on a linearish walk yesterday and all my recent gwl entries were taken on it...

Metalwork gantry beside the queen mary on the thames ? it was the poor mixed quality of the boarding made me think it looked like some sort of squatter camp, rather than a floating nightclub. is it derelict now ?

Did a quick bit of research:
Queen Mary went off to become a fitness centre in France in 2009. Interesting BBC article about her history here.
In that article in says the new Savoy pier was planned to open in 2011 but I see here that it's now scheduled to open in 2014 - so theoretically quite soon. Must keep an eye on progress.
