Al fresco

It was cold in Tottenham Court Rd this morning and snow was still falling but this guy was sitting outside Cafe Nero with his coffee, smoking a cigarette and reading!
Then again, come to think of it, it's surprising that the cafe bothered with the outside tables and chairs with the weather like it was today. Maybe it was just a case of having nowhere else to put them?
