I can hear the waves crashing on the rocks...it's a mesmerizing sound, isn't it? :)

Thank you so much for your visits and dear comments. I felt that you were with us on our trip, with the Squidgy Gang standing in for you! :) And yes, we really were fortunate to find such a great way to stay safe from Covid and yet, travel at the same time! :)

I'm afraid you aren't going to appreciate my newest picture as much as I do! :D What a perfect welcoming committee for me!! :)

Hope all is well for you lately...I wonder if your daughter will get to visit anytime soon?

Oh I just love the sound of waves. I think the sound of the small waves just gently lapping on the beach is my favourite - it makes me feel as if I could fall asleep!!!!. I loved hearing about your escapades and I am glad that the squidgey gang got to enjoy your trips.

Well I did like your latest picture, but it's not my favourite animal, but I could see where you got the enjoyment of seeing this "thing", it did look cute - oh my, did I just call it "cute"? !!!!!

Mandi can't get here for quite a while, as her country is on our list of not allowing anyone onto our shores. Mind you - we're not able to go to Turkey neither!! As for my son - he's already here in the UK, but because he works in an University, there is some COVID19 in some of the students, so he's staying away from me. As I've got COPD, it's very dangerous for me - so that means no visit from him neither!!! It's a bummer really - but my neighbours pop in regularly to check I'm okay which is lovely.

My Dear Jenny...I have a smirk on my face and ever since you left a comment on my darling spider picture and I think about what you wrote, that smirk appears again! :D How you make me giggle! I know your fright...I used to be a chicken about spiders too, but now that I'm not, I simply can't help but share these little guys with the world! Your reaction leaves me in a helpless state of snickering, your writing is just the best, you silly, adorable scaredy-cat! :D I am so happy that you can see that it's really very cute--that's the thing about jumping spiders--they are sporting the very fancy hair that is ever-so-stylish, and if you saw how they turn this way and that to examine things, it's just wonderful to see! Heh, I'm not trying to convince you--after all, if you're uncomfortable about something, it's hard to not be! Just put a cockroach in front of me and see how I react! OMG Jenny, did you know that there are people that ACTUALLY keep the largest species of cockroach as a PET? And they HOLD them! ( www.google.com/search?q=pet+cockroach&oq=pet+cock&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l7.4831j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 ) O M G....AHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Where is my can of raid! DISGUSTING!!! And the way they move, I just can't stand them!!! But all that being said...I do apologize but I'm going to keep posting my spider pictures because they are wonderful, and so are you! :D <3

The sound of water in any natural form is just wonderful...sometimes it's nice to go to YouTube and play one of the rainforest videos in the background for the soothing sound...there are zillions of these relaxing videos of all kinds...weather, birds, nature sounds...how lovely it can be to have that in the background.

Wow, no Mandi...not for a while...it's so hard for you guys!!! I sure do hope a vaccine comes out soon for all of our sakes!! You can't even visit with your son--his exposure is WAY too high, what with your COPD. I am happy that you do get visits from neighbors though so you're not totally isolated. I also know that you enjoy your alone-time for the most part so it isn't too bad.

Ok off I go and off to bed! :) :)
