Ja, Fred, is het niet? De plant moet meer dan 25 jaar oud zijn en geeft elk jaar deze prachtige bloemen, die vervolgens een soort kleverige substantie uitstralen die zeer scherp is. Ongetwijfeld om insecten of bijen aan te moedigen om ze te bestuiven.
