Merci beaucoup, Pat. Eh bien apparemment, nous avons connu le mois de février le plus humide depuis le début des enregistrements. Il a été très pluvieux dans ma région, mais rien comparé au reste du pays.

I tried to go to photograph a ship today.. freezing cold raining and I gave up and came home. I hope this weather improves before too long.

I don't blame you Steve. I wouldn't have even bothered to step outside. It was so cold and so wet, unless it was an emergency, I wouldn't have gone anywhere.

Alas...the nice weather went away as you predicted! *SIGH*

Yep - I do watch our local weather reports on the tv and although they are mainly correct (ish) , I could see from the main weather map that an incredible amount of rain was winging its way from Canada, dipping down into the Atlantic, then surging up towards Greenland and Iceland and then dropping down immediately onto the British Isles!!!! Great!!

Perhaps a row boat is in order? :D

Boy if I needed a rowboat, then say goodbye to Bideford. I'm about 400 feet above sea-level here, so there could be problems!!!!

C'est dommage tant de pluie et pour nous au Québec c'est beaucoup de neige !

Comme je n'ai pas de chauffage central dans ma maison et que les chambres sont toutes grandes, je pense que je préfère avoir de la pluie que de la neige !!!! Bien que je l'admette - la neige est si jolie, contrairement à la pluie !!!!
