It looks more like a Grey Partridge Jenny, they don't have much tail whereas Pheasants do.

Oh, je réalise à quel point je suis chanceux, Danielle, mais comme je l'ai déjà dit - je n'en ai jamais vu dans mon jardin. Je pense qu'il a dû s'égarer des champs situés en haut de la route. C'était plutôt bien de voir cet oiseau de près.
