Prachtige bloesem tegen een mooie blauwe lucht.
Vriendelijke groeten........Frans.
Jenny McIntyre club has replied to Frans Schols clubThank you for the comments on the Mule Ears. They are so bright and cheery! Hard to believe they aren't sunflowers but I've learned that there are lots and LOTS of flowers that look just like sunflowers but aren't!
Yes, I actually use the saying "no pain no gain" but not too much because it's so common here that people are a bit annoyed by it! :D And yeah, the ticks...gross. They refuse to die unless heroic measure are taken, which is why I was surprised that Steve merely washed the little so and so down the drain...we both know that isn't enough! But he was making breakfast and was in a hurry. He'll not forget next time! :D
It was lovely to hear about the butterflies!! They are wonderful to see! In fact I saw one this morning, perched on some grass! It was cold and wet so it wasn't moving...I could have gotten my camera but meh, I was cold and wet too! :D I'm looking forward to hopefully getting some great butterfly pictures this year! :D
Jenny McIntyre club has replied to Janet Brien clubI wish I could take pictures of the butterflies like Pam - she's an amazing photographer when it comes to butterflies. We don't seem to see many butterflies here unfortunately - well I don't see many - there again I don't get out much!!! :0
