The lid is on the underneath instead of the top. The seat is on the top. Someone didn't really think this out

I see the 'problem', but I should have included 'looked similar in the thumbnail'.

Where was this toilet? I had to use one once where the seat and lid could only open to about 45 degrees due to the pedestal being too close to the wall and cistern. That one was at a telecoms site.

It was a new hut built by a gas pipeline operator at a then, late 70s, new branch pipe junction. It held the radio link gear I was installing and the telemetry gear for controlling the pipe. I was only at the site, and the other end of the link, over a few days and never had to go back. Probably it was fixed somehow.
