Noyon Notre-Dame cathedral
Charlemagne was crowned here in 768, as well as Hugo Capet in 987.
The current Gothic cathedral was built between 1145-1235, after the original Romanesque one was destroyed in a fire in 1131.

War memorial
A small plaque dedicated to the 1st tank battalion that was given a hopeless task to delay the advance of the German forces in June 1940.
Plaque at the episcopal palace
St. Medard has transferred the bishop seat to Noyon. The current palace is a reconstruction of how it looked in the 17th century, with some much older parts - like the bishop's chapel and ruins of the old Roland's tower.
After the Revolution the palace was sold and converted to various uses, a museum, a school and finally a museum again in 1970.
