In fact, the restoration itself did not begin. The windows and the roof are sheeted. The scaffoldings above the cathedral had been placed before the fire and their dismantling will be very difficult.

c'est un épiphénomène , d'autres cathédrales ont brulé ( Chartres , toute la charpente dans les années 1850 ) , mais de savoir que c'est à cause d'un mégot mal éteint...Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !

Il y a eu -entre autres -Reims en 1918, et les cathédrales normandes en 1944, et c'était bien pire! Mais, tu as raison, la cause est ici tellement futile que c'est vraiment rageant!!!!!!
