Yes Ron, it is.
It is built on top of a table maybe 5 feet by 3 in a building actually placed exactly on the site of one of the former shipyards.
By the way, the village where I was born has that name Seixal which means "place of many seixos" ( fist sized round stones) which were used to make the balast of Vasco da Gama "Naus" when he made the first round trip to India across the Cabo da Boa Esperança…
