Em relação à groselha (Ribes rubrum), sabes qual é a diferença de sabor? Mais amargo? Parecido?

Muito mais amargo e com menos sumo.
Bastante mais rico em vitaminas a C e outros oligo elementos.
Os USA já fazem "isto`" à escala industrial há mais de 50 anos porque é uma "farmácia" em bolinhas vermelhas.
