Bolo de Castanhas da D. Antónia

Ingredients
750 grams of chestnuts
350 grams of sugar
6 eggs
1 teaspoonful of yeast
Vanilla
How to:
Boil the chestnuts with fennel and then peel them carefully
Put them through the immersion blender , ( simples varinha mágica, Linnaeus 1978…)
Whip the yellow of the eggs with the sugar, the yeast and the vanilla for 20 minutes.
Mix thoroughly when you add the “powdered” chestnut
Add the egg whites whipped stiff (none of my “doing”, naturally…)
Spread the “paste” in a buttered and flour covered cake tin (silicon works best…).
Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 120 minutes at 150°C.
NOTA : Quem divulgar esta receita vai parar ao inferno.
He who publishes this, will forever rot in hell …the private Hell each one has !
