And I just re-read the hairdressing part and laughed because it says "hairdressing saloons". We only think of very old drinking establishments (think 'wild west') when we see "saloon". We call them 'hair salons' - one letter 'o'. Is that an English thing? Or a mistake? Or maybe they also had a saloon *smile*.
