Full of birds of pray?

There were six last time I spoke to them. Probably fewer now.

Each nun must have 6 rooms to herself.

Where in Oxford is this? Googling 'All Saints Oxford' comes up with a modern building, nothing like this one.

Yesterday I had lunch with a Maltese politician who, when he's in London, stays in the Franciscan Sisters of Malta, a convent that offers B&B. But I understand that one doesn't need to be female, Catholic or even Maltese to stay there.
