en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harrods
From 1989, Harrods has had a dress code policy and has turned away several people who it believed were not dressed appropriately. Forbidden items include "high-cut, Bermuda or beach shorts; swimwear; athletic singlets; cycling shorts; flip flops or thong sandals; with a bare midriff or bare feet; or wearing dirty or unkempt clothing." Affected visitors included a soldier in uniform, a Scout troop, a woman with a mohican hair cut, a 15 stone woman, and FC Shakhtar Donetsk's first team for wearing tracksuits. Also rucksacks should be carried in hand or on your front rather than on back or shoulder.
Not that I'd want to patronise Harrods after they banned Prince Philip.
