This so-called philanthropist has donated 75 million for a school to teach good governance, yet apparently cares nothing for the fact that he's destroying the neighbouring community with his monstrous edifice.
The school will cater for just 120 students (accommodation not included) and could easily have been housed in a suitably discreet building without upsetting the lives of local people. This pretentious Herzog & de Meuron construction is simply "delusions of grandeur" and inflicting great harm on a much-loved conservation area.
