Corvette

- This Corvette left the factory as a fuelie and was immediately customized to compete as the first custom Stingray in the ISCA show car curcuit - It quickly became famous as a national points winner competing against Big Daddy Roth and George Barris Customs - Unrestored - 27,000 miles - Only one family owned - This Corvette is a very interesting piece of the 1960's show car history - Very well documented with articles, brouchures and ISCA programs - This Corvette set the stage for "mid year" Corvette customizing in the 60's Not sold ... high bid of $35,000

This Corvette is one of my favorites of the 300 or so cars I looked at. Classic styling with the modern drivetrain of a C-4 Corvette.

Made its racing debut at Sebring but was retired after 23 laps due to suspension failure. The manufacturers ban on factory sponsored race teams ended its racing career soon after.

Restomod ... A really beautiful car and my second favorite.
