have I seen this before? what a great old school house... and so safe back in the day being shoved right in a corner.. but then horse and buggy didn't trample many kids either.

Probably ... it's a regular photo stop for me when I'm in the area. The school was abandoned with the first consolidation, but was reactivated when the new school had to be rebuilt. The school that replaced it has since been consolidated into another larger school and has been re-purposed as a furniture store. I suspect the closeness to the road has prevented this one from finding another use.

I knew it ... always find strange and chilling things in the trees in the darkness of night. :)
