Yes ... it has been in very poor condition for the past 15 years and I think it set empty for most of those years.

holyfrickinshit! what an awesome place, too much white and frufru for me... but damn I wouldn't turn it down if someone gave it to me! one of those bathrooms is bigger than my whole (city) house.. I do hope they rebuilt it with quality and care, not just slapped together like they seem to do here.
