I just started to use maps - for special events of course!
In this case we had our traditional Hamburg meeting end of April and I wanted to show to the participants the meeting point and our route downhill to the Elbe river on the first day.

I remember on Panoramio, there were some meetings of members and they were invariably German members involved. Not so much other nationalities. It would appear to be much the same on ipernity! Perhaps you Germans are just that much more sociable!

hahah.... thats not true, its proven that members from other country are often joining our meetings.

There was Amelia and her husband Adrian from Shropshire who took part in 2018:

And Isabel from Portugal intended to come to the Hamburg meeting 2020, however it was not possible due the Covid restrictions.
This year it took place again after a two years pause!
