Various lenses for some of my cameras.
Minolta MD Rokkor-X 50mm f/1.2

This is the classic lens I bought with my Minolta XD11 back in 1978. I love it's bokeh, thanks to the f/1.2 aperture. This lens has performed well for me for over 35 years.

This Minolta MD Zoom 28-70 lens has a sweet focal range that's good for a lot of things.
SMC Pentax-A 28mm, f/2.8 Wide Angle Lens

A friend of mine gave me this lens several years back and I didn't have anything to put it on. Then I picked up an old Pentax K1000 for $30 off an online auction site and, voila, they worked together perfectly. The lens also came with a Sears 2x tele-converter, which is handy to double this focal length to 56mm, which is about the normal range.

This is a lens I always wanted back in the 1970's, but it cost too much. Around $300 or $400 or so. But, I found it recently on an online auction site for $25. Plus, they threw in an old Konica rangefinder camera that needed some minor repairs.
I believe these are the famous "beer can" lenses. You can tell by the huge focusing grip that is about the size of a 12oz can.

Another zoom lens that fits my Minolta MD and MC mounts, this one is a really sweet all-encompassing 28-210mm focal range.

Another shot of my Minolta 2X M-A Converter-S, which allows some of my really old manual-focus Minolta lenses to fit on later auto-focus Minolta bodies, as well as Konica Minolta and Sony DSLR bodies.

This is the Minolta Rokkor lens that went all around the world. Each participant had it for two weeks, used it to document their area, then mailed it on to the next person on the list. It was an MD Rokkor-X 50mm, f/1.7.

This Minolta adapter allows me to use all my old manual-focus lenses, which are MD or MC mount, on my Minolta A-mount cameras, my Konica Minolta DSLRs and my Sony DSLRs.
Soligor Auto Tele 2X Converter

Just picked up this teleconverter for my Minoltas, in anticipation of the total solar eclipse to hit an hour away next month. I plan to be on the scene of the greatest amount in duration of the eclipse with several cameras in use, along with some backups. This piece of camera equipment is just the last piece I needed to complete the picture of all I need. The last time North America had a total eclipse was in February 1979, which I photographed. Although it wasn't a total eclipse here where I'm located then - this time, however, it's going to be total!

This was with another camera that I bought, hidden down deep in the camera case. I needed one this size for one of my old Minolta lenses.
