
Kodak Instamatic 154 No. 1
Now that I've learned that it's possible to refill an old 126 cartridge with 35mm film, I've been going through my collection of instamatic cameras and using them. I haven't had a chance to use this one, yet, but when I do, examples will be posted in this album.

This tree sits at the edge of my town and every Autumn when the leaves change, I photograph it. I’ve been photographing it since the 1970s.

Film: Kodak Ultra Max 400 (reloaded into a 126 cartridge, expires 11/2022)

Aperture: f/11
Shutter Speed: 1/90th of a second

Location: Norris City, Illinois, U.S.A.
Developing Chemicals: Unicolor C-41
Water pre-soak: 1 minute at 102 degrees
Developer: 3 ½ minutes at 102 degrees
Water rinse: 2 minutes (to keep chemicals clean)
Blix: 6 ½ minutes at 102 degrees
Water rinse: 2 minutes at approx. 100 degrees
Stabilizer: 1 minute at room temperature
Water rinse: 2 minutes
Kodak Photo-Flo 200: 1 minute
