Round Up

I was bored.
It's the middle of winter and it's freezing outside, there's snow on the ground and it was sleeting last night when I made this. I only made it because I wanted something different. It's from an old recipe I've had for ages.
It was originally called "Hungry Jack Beef And Bean Roundup," but I changed it. The store didn't have any "Hungry Jack" bisuits in a can, so I got some other kind. You cut the canned biscuits in half and line them around the edge of a baking pan. Then you're supposed to mix hamburger and baked beans together for the middle and top it all off with shredded cheese. I simply made a pot of chili and used that for the middle because I don't like baked beans. I topped it with shredded cheese and then baked it like you see here. It's an interesting dish to look at.
