Quik Snaks

I made some more of my homemade Hot Pockets last night, which I call Quik Snaks. These were pizza flavored. There are pepperonis and mushrooms on the bottom, then sauce and cheese, and I used Italian sausage on top. Once baked, they freeze well and only take about a minute or two to heat up in the microwave before they're piping hot and ready to eat - hence the name of Quik Snaks.
